Various Types of Aromatherapy Electric Diffusers

Potpourri, candles, sprays and even wacky jars called reed diffusers stuffed with weeds are just a few of the many ways to make a room smell terrific. Those who like essential oils may have trouble finding ways to let the oil scent fill a desired room. Using cool evaporation and plugging in an aromatherapy electric diffuser are two of the most popular methods.

Evaporation

Since the days of the Egyptians the technique of using cool air to carry the fragrance of an essential oil has been around and it may have even been used earlier. All you have to do for this technique is fill a shallow stone, wood or metal bowl with fifteen to twenty drops of your favorite essential oil blend. Sniff the air after letting it sit. How to Pack the Perfect Picnic

Picnics are delightful when well managed. The perfect picnic always puts everyone in a great mood. The idea behind picnics is that much of the food is prepared at home, then transported to an outdoor setting. Here, you have a great variety of choices. Whether it is a beach, a grassy knoll overlooking a trickling brook, or a designated picnic area, your goal is to be certain your feast has a smooth transition. Pack food in lightweight containers that are airtight to ensure they arrive at your destination safely.

Before you pack your cooler, take a stroll through your garden. There are a number of things growing there that will make your picnic a huge success. One of the first things you should pack is a few sprigs of mint. Put these in the center of your blanket or tablecloth to keep the bees away. Take a few extra sprigs to enhance the flavor of the lemonade. A tray of oregano, basil and chives allows guests to take a piece of whatever they

To remove shoe heel marks, use a pencil eraser or rub with a rubber sole shoe.

Aromatherapy in Pregnancy

Pregnancy and childbirth is the most wondrous experience of a woman’s life. To describe it, one must use a list of contradictions. What other event can be so universal, yet so personal? At what other time does a woman feel more in tune with her feminine side, while yet tapping into her strongest reserve of raw power? What other rite of passage takes her to the very doors of death, only to open them and find new life? There is no other time when a woman can feel so sick while being in perfectly good health. There is no other event quite like it.

After a century of highly medicalized prenatal care and childbirth, the trend in recent decades has swung back toward natural, gentle birthing techniques. Midwives and doulas, once frowned upon by the medical establishment, are now being welcomed into hospitals, oftentimes replacing doctors at the pregnant woman’s bedside. Much has been written about the benefits of water, hypnotism, and naturopathy in

January 1st 2010 will mark the 20th anniversary of this 54th Cotton Bowl Classic.

From Hippie Art, to Creative Fashion

Tie-dye is considered a fashion art form just like beading and embroidery. It is a practice that concentrates the tint color in the textiles by tying or folding them to create different shapes. Today it’s not a trippy starburst rainbow; it has been replaced with irregular arcs and stripes often seen in cocktail dresses and even casual tops to combine with jeans, shorts or mini skirts. Tie Dye is also a popular look for a day out at the beach, whether in a skirt or a sarong, tie dye is often seen around the most famous beaches worldwide.

Nothing said “hippie” better than the psychedelic color explosion and unique designs from the old style of tie-dye; it is one of the most ancient forms of fabric design, by human
